Mercedes has fitted a new Energy Store (ERS battery) and Control Electronics to Valtteri Bottas car after his crash in qualifying. The team insists it is a precautionary change so that the original Energy Store and Control Electronics can be given a thorough check over back at the factory. However, it means Bottas has now used two of each component, the season limit for both before grid penalties are incurred.
