"It was me and Gronk, and I couldn't let Gronk tackle me. Look sorry Gronk, he's a great player but I got somewhere to be." - Kenyan Drake on the Miami Miracle

The name of the Miracle in Miami play? ‘Boise.' Ryan Tannehill says they practiced it on Friday and of course it was a TD. He said he knew they were good when he saw Gronkowski as last option. Tannehill: "Drake runs a 4.3. Gronk probably runs a 4.6 or 4.7. I like that matchup."

Miami miracle: Crazy final 2-lateral TD jolts Pats

Kenyan Drake sprinted the last 52 yards as the Dolphins scored on a crazy pass and double lateral on the final play Sunday to beat the New England Patriots 34-33 and keep their playoff hopes alive.

Seth Walder ESPN Analytics

The Dolphins had a 1% chance to reach the playoffs before the final play of their game. But after their incredible game-ending lateral play that resulted in a touchdown and earned them a win, Miami now has a 9% shot to reach the postseason, according to live FPI projections.

Ryan Tannehill returns.

Dolphins have some pep in their step going into halftime. Sacked Tom Brady, who held on the ball too long to end the half. Patriots blocked 2 punts. Brady with 231 yards & 3 TDs. Yet Dolphins down just 6 points and get the ball 1st to start 2nd half. Big question remains: will an injured Ryan Tannehill return in 2nd half?

Cameron Wolfe ESPN Staff Writer

Ryan Tannehill was injured his right ankle before end of half as his teammate accidentally stepped on him during a sack. Tannehill limped into the locker room and Brock Osweiler finished the first half.

Brandon Bolden just scored his first rushing TD since Week 13 of 2014 with Pats. He entered this game with 1 rush for 10 yards before just scoring on 54-yard TD. The ST ace was signed by the Dolphins on Sept. 4 after Patriots released him in final cuts.

Frank Gore just passed LaDainian Tomlinson for 5th place in yards from scrimmage. Rumbling and rolling.

Third straight game with opening drive TD for MIA. They went 20 straight games before that without an opening drive TD. Dolphins first 15-play script has worked excellent this month. Key has been the rest of the offensive plays.

Danny Amendola and Travis Swanson are active. Dolphins inactives: Xavien Howard, Jake Brendel, David Fales, Issac Asiata, Zach Sterup, Jonathan Woodard, Isaiah Ford.

Mike Reiss ESPN Staff Writer

The first two players on the field? Julian Edelman and Danny Amendola, of course. Lots of love between the two close friends.
