Rays unveil plans for new $900M stadium

The Rays on Tuesday unveiled plans for a new stadium that would take them to the Ybor City section of Tampa at a cost of nearly $900 million. Stuart Sternberg, principal owner of the team since 2005, called the proposal "a dramatic break from the past."
